1. What products does MattCustomWear sell?

At MattCustomWear, we specialize in decorative and personalized products designed to bring warmth and personality to your home. 

Many of our products are designed to celebrate family, holidays, and meaningful moments.

2. Can I personalize my product?

Yes. Many of our products offer customization options, such as adding:

  • Special dates
  • Personalized messages

Please make sure all personalization details are correct before placing your order, as customized products enter production quickly after payment confirmation.

3. How long does order processing take?

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday – Friday) after payment confirmation.

During this time, your order will be:

  • Reviewed and confirmed
  • Carefully prepared
  • Quality checked and securely packaged for shipment

Orders placed after 5:00 PM (EST) may be processed on the next business day.

4. How long does shipping take?

Currently, we ship only within the United States.

United States: 4–5 business days

Total estimated delivery time from order date is approximately 5–8 business days, including processing and shipping.

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to holidays, weather conditions, or carrier delays.

5. Can I cancel my order?

Yes. Orders may be canceled within 24 hours after purchase.

After this period, your order may already be in the processing or production stage and may no longer be eligible for cancellation.

If you need assistance with an order cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible.

6. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because many of our products are customized or made to order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges.

However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery, and we will gladly assist you with a replacement or refund if the issue is confirmed.

7. What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us and include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damaged item
  • A brief description of the issue

Our support team will review your request and arrange a replacement or refund if the problem is confirmed.

8. How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number.

You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment in real time through the carrier's tracking system.

9. Will the product colors look exactly like the photos?

Actual colors may vary slightly due to:

  • Different monitor or screen settings
  • Lighting conditions during photography
