In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we have adopted the following policy regarding copyright infringement. We reserve the right to:

  1. Remove or disable access to any material that we believe, in good faith, is copyrighted content that has been unlawfully copied or distributed by our advertisers, affiliates, content providers, members, or users; and
  2. Terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.

Please note that your use of MattCustomWear services is subject to our Terms of Service, which incorporate this Copyright Policy. Any terms used in this Policy that are not defined herein shall have the meanings provided in the Terms of Service.


Procedure for Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe that any material available on or through our Services infringes your copyright (or a copyright you are authorized to act on behalf of), please submit a written notification to our Designated Agent with the following information:

  • A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner;
  • Identification of the copyrighted work(s) claimed to have been infringed;
  • Identification of the allegedly infringing material, including sufficient detail to allow us to locate it;
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
  • Your contact information (name, address, phone number, and email address, if available);
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Action Upon Receipt of a Valid Notice

Upon receiving a valid copyright infringement notice, we may:

  • Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material;
  • Notify the user responsible for the content;
  • Terminate the user’s account if they are a repeat offender.

Counter-Notification Procedure

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our Designated Agent including:

  • Your physical or electronic signature;
  • Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and its prior location;
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification;
  • Your name, address, phone number, and email address;
  • A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court (based on your location), and that you will accept service of process from the party who filed the original complaint.

Restoration of Content

If we receive a valid counter-notification, we may forward it to the original complainant. Unless the complainant files a legal action within 10 business days, we may restore the removed material or re-enable access within 10–14 business days, at our discretion.
